Hey Guys!
So at my School, the Life Skills Classes last semester stared doing a 'Bulldog Bistro'. The Nice Lady that owns the Great Harvest bread company across the street from the school was helping them and us. Great Harvest provides the Bread. We make all kinds of things, like Sandwiches, cookies, brownies, smoothies, veggie plates, parfaits, wraps, and a whold bunch of other things. With all of the money we collected last semester (about $1000) Great Harvest matched that, so we had $2000, and then a radio station matched that, so we had about $4000, and then a few more people matched and donated and we were able to Donate a total of $12000 to The Road Home shelter. This semester, we are trying to get even more than that! We have all new people and all new ideas for the menu, pricing, layout, etc. We are hoping to match what we were able to do last semester or get even more! The Coolest thing is, the Deseret News did an article about us in the paper! My Life Skills Teacher, Mrs. Karren (Her Daughter is on Hannah's Soccer Team) says that she doesn't like the picture, but oh well. It's too late for that! Anyways, here is a link to the article, if it doesn't work, I'll get back on and fix it later!
